Glendale welcomes anyone who sincerely seeks to know Jesus or explore the Christian Seventh-day Adventist faith, regardless of race, ethnicity, social status, dress, culture, sexuality or religion. If you want to come to Jesus, become like Jesus and overcome in Jesus, you are welcome here! The following services are available every Saturday morning.
PRAYER TIME – 8:30 a.m.
This informal and intimate time in the sanctuary is open to all who wish to connect with God and other believers through prayer.
SABBATH SCHOOL FOR ALL AGE GROUPS – 9:30 a.m.
Sabbath School is exactly what it sounds like, a “school” where you can learn about Jesus. It begins with songs of praise and a feature presentation and continues with various Bible study classes for adults in the sanctuary, young adults in the chapel, and youth and children in the basement. If you have children who wish to attend an age-specific Sabbath School class, greeters in the lobby or at the welcome desk will be happy to show you to the proper rooms.
PASTOR’S CLASS FOR SEEKERS – 9:30 a.m.
A pastor’s class is offered concurrently with Sabbath School for those exploring Christianity or the Adventist faith or who wish to prepare for baptism. If you are interested in this class, greeters are available in the lobby to show you where to go.
CONGREGATIONAL WORSHIP – 11:00 a.m.
Our main worship service is a harmonious blend of hymns and praise songs, adult and children’s choirs, praise teams, readings and prayers representing the diversity of worshipers in our congregation. As an international family of faith, we value inclusiveness that reflects the love of God for all people, and that includes you. Yes, you are welcome here!
